- I am relatively new to C++ this term and have been told that there are
- many prebuilt functions. What I was wondering is if there are pre
- existing libraries in the c++ astandard for encoding and decoding graphic
- formats such as GIF JPEG etc. or if they must still be assembled from
- smaller subfunctions. In either case I have run into a lot of what look
- like possibilities but haven't figured out anything conclusive. ANY
- information that you might have on how to handle these formats would be
- greatly appreciated. If possible, please mail responses to
- kramer@suntan.eng.usf.edu

- I don't always have reliable access to this group unfortunately
- and really appreciate the mail so I don't miss any responses.
